I would like to consider suggestions for plan B. It’s the right time beginning thinking about it. If we had a good plan B these Malaysian clowns would maybe change their behavior.
My suggestion: If we don't get the TOL by Friday, NC should start looking for licensing construction in another country for LAMP. Should put on unpaid vacation all the LAMP staff. And stop immediately wasting money on phase II.
