    This stock has had somewhat but a strange price movement/pattern

    From under a buck it went over 2 bucks fell back below
    $2.00 and now is back over the $2.00 mark!

    Don't know what to really make of all this given the past track record of mgmt and their takeovers /investments which would at best be described as fair

    What value does one place on this stock?
