Hey @curiouswon here are two charts, both daily (don't see a need to show a weekly here). The first is a close look at the past 18 months and the second takes us back to the previous all time highs.
In my opinion I'd say DOW is in the last of a long-term supply zone that formed back in 2010 when it was sold down, and a very similar sell down that repeated last year. I've marked what I believe remains of that zone with two white dotted lines. A close above $7.60 on strong volume will see this in blue skies, with little overhead resistance.
One level to watch is $8.28 (blue dotted line), keep an eye on price action from that point to identify any emerging resistance levels that could reveal itself between there and the all time high of ~$9.50. That said, given how long it's been since the 2010 all time high (marked with the solid white line) and subsequent decline, I think a lot of stale holders would have taken their money by now.
