I'm no technical guru willpies, but thats exactly how i see it. Support around $3.80 and looks to have consolidated out of the descending triangle. Not sure what the catalyst will be to get the SP moving again but the ROE and divvies for the next FY look tasty.
I see a break above $4.10 on some volume to be positive. Break below $3.70 would be looking to exit.
Chart looks good to me. See what happens.
