Bullseye is a high impact low risk well with four discrete sections. They are just about to start drilling through them all in the next two weeks. If there is any kind of strike then the stock will perform well irrespective of the general market.
The stock at these levels is well supported fundamentally by its cash flows. The downside is obviously that you could get margin calls etc that push the stock down, but it would rebound over time. GGP is one of the few I am holding onto.
