Final court approval is March 08, oppies expire March 08, their talking of a new option issue but if the merger does'nt take place till march there would be no need for one, plus the strike price on new issue has gone from 12 cents vsgo to 24 cents new issue.......... if there is no extra time granted on the new options issue surely this can't be passed, i'd be happy with an extra 24months being added to the new option issue but so far no mention of any details has been made.
