I recon medium term, most long term road ahead to get back there, ryphil hinted to big players stopping progression with the sp and it def feels that way when anything positive occurs. Think it will take more than a license, vitahemp and a harvest or two to get back to 10c. However with various other ventures in the pipelines we only need one thing to work out which brings in $, therefore I'm happy to told hold and wait for the so to get back near where I bought. For me, I'd say end of this year at earliest, there's a lot of dust to settle and it appears that the past might drag things out until we see real $.
