at this point as indeed at any critical turning point, I would expect NWS to go with the DowJones.
why is this a turning-point? the last time I called it, the Dow which had been moving aimlessly for 2 or 3 weeks, became quite hysterical, moving up & down by >100 points in an unpredictable fashion. then it settled into an upward rally & reached a peak....
where once again, it has to make up its mind. when it does, NWS will go with it.
