A look at the historical financials shows that this isn't really a growth company. Basically they have been earning around $14 - $16m for the last 7 years, except last year which had $13m npat, and paying out most of the profit as dividends. OK if you want to hold for yield but nothing exciting to see here unless you expect the IT spending cycle to ramp up. Billable head count has been going down the last 2 years, and is back at 2009 levels. Maybe they will get lucky and get taken out like OKN.
