CBAs rollout is marketed based on cash flow, ie need to fix the fridge but your cash poor, then leverage this extra flexibility offered by the bank. Where as APT business model is still predatory in encouraging excessive spending on discretionary items.
merchant fees are cheaper using CBA, mind you it would be brave for any retailer to leave APT, however if a shift occurs, the levy may break.
