There was a discussion on Channel 9's "Financial Review Sunday" at 10am this morning on this topic. Again, the interview, and panel all thought it was a good idea. It would seem that when Black Rock think it is a good idea and there are no cries of opposition from analysts or newspapers, and the "testing the waters" by BHP seem to have been a success.
I suspect it will occur this cal year. (my opinion only)
