I noticed the larger than usual sell side yesterday and had wondered who that was
Then this afternoon a much larger order appeared for 2.1 M shares at $2.35 (but was withdrawn after the close).
re the buyback - I guess they have mentioned that it's a balancing act, not wanting to buy back to many shares and reduce liquidity (in terms of the effective free float). A gradual closing of the discount is probably as much as they are aiming for. With the buyback facility they have, they can mop up any relatively larger orders such as yours as they appear.
They're not here to aid SH's cashing out in the short term at the best sell price if those SHs are wanting to sell rather than wait for the share price to rise over time (as I'm anticipating it likely will).

It will be interesting to see what happens with inflation as a lot are now saying that it's unlikely to rise much in absolute terms for quite some time, even though it might be from a low starting point (I'm certainly no expert though).
