It's a concern, but all small caps are getting hammered atm.
Just some random thoughts: AVA is in the risk business, and the world is a riskier place for so many reasons. Organisations are constantly looking at reducing risk, and AVA has some inovative, specialised risk management solutions. Is it scaleable, absolutely. Do they have the right team, can they close contracts, that's the big question, that's probably why the SP has fallen.
As for all the financial shuffling, I'm not sure how it fits into their big picture strategy. Are they setting up AVA for a takeover or merger? Doesn't appear that they have an appetite to take over another company. It's all a bit odd so it's a hold for me.
