Or is it that there are people out there who have been bitten before that are thinking - better a bird in the hand (ie: why wait around for ages for the $1.28ish price) ... this may take years and I expect alot of long term holders averaged down last year when the price was very low. There is no doubt it is a huge resource that one day will be developed - but that is a long way away and the price is constantly up and down on take over speculation. Just my thoughts ...
