They will want to see they're money back, and with interest so they'll be ensuring that every t is crossed and every i is dotted.
It's not just a matter of confirming the BFS. There is work being done on the Relocation Action Plan, and I'm sure that there will be other criteria the bank would like to see.
It's not a home loan, it's a detailed process.
