Last time they were under this was 4 years ago and the company has changed significantly since then - if its the same seller a total of 1.3mil will have been sold once the next 400k go through - that could be $700k if they bought when closer to 50 cents so a $600k plus loss (very loose numbers). So you say it's $30k - that is now seems ridiculous to sell at that price without strong motivation. Not saying I don't believe the story - just asking the question.
