I honestly don't understand what holders are expecting?
It seems obvious to me there is no upside for investors in TPT at the moment. They have got enough money to operate for a while which will allow management to stay employed (and the burn rate will not be insignificant considering the market cap).
Management will seek out a new project, raise more capital (at a large discount) and continue on. Look at the current share price:
- Calculate how many shares they would need to issue just to raise $5m.
- What sort of project could you buy into for $5m.
- There are now (after theoretical raising) three times as many shares in the market with two thirds of those at a discount to the current price.
If it was me, I'd take what's left of your money and spend it on a nice night out!
