    It is trading at a big discount to it's book value, market has no faith in this company AT THE MOMENT but things can change quickly in the market.

    Macquarie has upgraded it to a "BUY" recently

    Maple Brown Abott & Franklin Resources have both been increasing their holdings recently and both are the largest holders of the companies stock.
