The two biggest concerns about draft of conditions are how long the permission will be effective and whether other company can use this permission to further develop the project. The first one can be seen as a win, because considering water supply, 8 years is a good result for BLR comparing with 1 year suggested by TAC. The second one is not so clear if anybody wants to see a big potential value added merging activity of BLR. But I bet there would be some tricky game included in BLR's future.
