Interesting re the re-approval for changed entity. However there is a fine line between "merged" and "takeover". If Company X takes BLR over completely, then BLR is a fully owned subsidiary of Company X and maybe treated as "business as usual". Will depend on how the words are written, but small issue in my view.
The dust will settle on Taylors one day (soon!) and we can get on with it.
