I've spoken to Steve Carter at length over the last 12 months and he has never mentioned any US interests whatsoever, other than the work Dr Nagourney has done/is doing. He is forthright with his information so I have to suspect that any talk of US interests is pure speculation.

On what do you base the statement : "also steve carter is in the east at the moment meeting with people from the US who are very interested in BEC".

I'm not saying the statement is wrong but I'm surprised I'm this misinformed if it is true.
