Facts are all you can go by when viewing this company:
- Management being paid in excess of $300k for a company not making ANY money
- Multiple delays in completing the box
- Minimal (at very best) communication with share holders and the market for that matter
- Tapping the market waaaayy too low for more cash.. Should have raised more higher and foreseen the hurdles a mile away.
- Management even thinking about issuing themselves more shares until realising they would have been crucified at the AGM.
I hold the stock because I believe in the product - not the management.
This is what worries me. A good company has good, strong management and continuously keeps the market up to date with what's going on - good news or bad news.
Keeping everyone in the dark isn't going to get any traction from the market and I think that's the biggest issue here.
