This board and management have ZERO idea or pizzazz with running this public company. The final hurdles with commissioning the asset is all about keeping the Gov. “propeller heads” happy on OH & S and ERJ are failing at that (Surprise! Surprise!).
I have $100k tied up in this basket case which is money I actually earned from my day job, i.e. not free shares that the directors givem selves or to lawyers or 3rd parties to pay the bills.
It concerns me that the service providers paid in share immediately sell down, any intelligent ERJ management would put a sell monitorium on selling shares for immediately being issued and sell them the dream, but hey, these (ERJ) guys are certified business morons!.
