I am starting to think the arbitrator is waiting for 10yrs worth of generic daptomycin sales figures( only 8 yrs to go) to properly assess exactly how much POH has missed out on had they not been in a dispute during that 10yr period and were able to actually enter the market.
Or perhaps they are just waiting for this years numbers???
