I think we do need to complain a little bit Moosey.

I know POH have no control over arbitration. It really is quite ridiculous that EVERYTHING with this company takes forever. And it is not always their fault. But we do have a very long history of doing a deal/agreement or creating a "product" that we are given a timeline and an estimated cost and it goes on to infinity.

Injectibles is just the latest one in a very long list. We still do not have a finalised and commercialised injectible on market with revenue coming in.

Injectibles still can face the same fate as every other POH development.

I dont think we can truly call TPM Diclofenac a commercial product for what it brings in. $$
An on market proof of concept perhaps.

The commercial jury is still out.

Arbitration decision could quantify what we have been missing out on and what should be possible in coming years. However we still do not know if TPM Dapto is a commercially vianle product regardless of the decision.

Terumo has knocked on the head the patches. And still no commercially viable injectible from them. 3yrs now? I cant remember.

At the moment we are still no further advanced than any other "project" previously. However we keep getting told everything is moving forward. Just like all the other times. And then BANG, oh that has been discontinued because of XY and Z. Which we on this forum will then wonder how on earth were we not told about XY and Z as being issues previously. When they would have been clearly known long beforehand.

Anyway Moosey, you and I are both patient. As are so many. But many of us are patient just like the trapped Thai soccer team. We cant get out(without great loss).

Arbitration is the rescue crew maybe. The waters are still rising and we are running out of food and water. Lets hope Terumo is not the Elon Musk of the situation.

What happened to the low hanging fruit? It all seems soo soo high up the bloody tree always.

Fortunately I am in the time of my life where a year feels like 4 months. So waiting, strangely enough, goes very quickly. And when I realise just how much time has elapsed every once in a while, I jump on here and have whinge.

I remember, Christmas nearly 2 yrs ago(2016), getting chastised here for suggesting we wouldnt get an arbitration result until Q1/2 2018. Sometimes maybe my sanity isnt as damaged as I thought. And that bothers me too!
