Phosphagenics has made enquiries to SIAC and will inform the market further as required.

I struggle to believe that if a professional body like the SIAC was contacted by one of the parties in the arbitration process that they would not respond to them within a week, especially since it was five days after they advised that they would be providing an update in the week beginning 4th June when they were contacted ?

I guess POH have covered themselves by the last bit of that sentence "will inform the market further as required" ... while it may not be a requirement to notify us POH management - if you put out a nothing announcement last Friday (that wasn't required) as a courtesy then why not follow it up with another announcement this week as a courtesy to shareholders of what they have said in the interim, as again I doubt they have ignored your 'enquiry' - just sayin'
