Your conspiracy theory is as good as any of ours. SIAC makes a formal approach to both parties (I am presuming they shared the information with MYLAN) that they will release an up date on proceedings. Five weeks later there is deafening silence - from all parties. Even those most affected are not saying anything. To say this is normal would be stretching reality to an absurd point.
