    I totally agree on all counts except I intend holding cash for the next two months while I see what unfolds in markets generally, so would only back back in sub $15. Each day APT looks like rebounding but never sustains it. It was my largest holding by far until they did the placement, I sold the lot expecting some weakness, well thats happening all right.
