Be more of a couch potato.

I was 83kg's for years and years even while I walked (mowing lawns) 10-13kms a day 5 days a week I stayed at 83kg's. It wasn't until 3yrs ago I got myself a ride on walker, well my daily walks are about 3kms now and the weight has slowed added. I now range between 97-100kg.

I still eat exactly the same as I did 3 yrs ago, guess all the walking and want not burnt off all the junk food / takeaway.

Dairy is a fav of mine too, Use to easily drink 1.5ltrs a day through smoothies/ice coffees/milo's and just drinking milk in general. But I have reduced this down to maybe only 200-300mls a day. Milk has been a factor in having higher than normal cholesterol levels. I don't want to be taking pills all my life to have a "healthy" chol level. High chol runs in the family so that's another reason to try and keep it down.
