Wales, the company looks like it will resubmit its protocol for the trial which is probably being done or has been done by ACW's Scientific board. Once they have resubmitted the FDA has 30 days or earlier to respond. Mt guess is, conservatively, clearance in the next qtr with the trial starting soon after. I believe pretty much everything is done to start the trial, just need uniformity across the regulators with the FDA last to approve.
Weakness in the share price might just be the remnants of tax loss selling from those buying in the placement 15 months ago @ 9.5 cents or above and maybe a little on the technicals.
Next month they present their data at a scientific Meeting that should garner some Global interest in their science.
In my opinion if you are thinking of buying I'd do it while there is a lull of interest in the stock.
