    the options are underwritten ok..
    so now the underwriter is at work... he control the situation..
    he knows CXY is worth 5 cents,, and he knows if you dont convert he will get them for nothing??
    so think.. he is manipulating the shares down in his favor...
    the same way they did push the shares sup on the back of placements.. insiders well connected
    poyndexter should be ban from hotcopper
