if not during the trading day...then early next week....they will use the weekend to extract the best deal possible....

but i doubt any announcement will appear after the market closes.........
I think cfc (major shareholder) and Barclays' Cupric Canyon Capital will fight it out over the weekend with a deal appearing early next week..

could be a bit of a fight going on between these two private equity groups much like what has happened in BBG..but I'm hoping for a straight out offer as this company and its operational plant are crucial for the development of Cupric’s nearby recently acquired Hana Mining investment

Barclays' Cupric Canyon Capital and CFC (major shareholder)
are the major contenders...but who knows who else is an interested party.......

one has to blink and step up with the first offer.......
