I just wanted to say 'thanks' for your post. You went to the effort and no one responded. Personally, I shelved a response till later, then forgot over the weekend.
It sounds like the AGM was positive and I agree that unless there is a reason to invest more capital, then let the loan remain. Personally, I'm not worried about a dividend yet, I'd prefer to see the cash remain to expand the business potential, even look at an acquisition if it it's a good fit.
