the only difference is that Qantas has already accepted the liability whereas in NWT seem to dispute that it would be a tremendous shock to the shareholders if judgment awarded against NWT.
Could somebody in NSW please do us a huge favour and call the Supreme Court's registra and find out what was the outcome of the direction hearing.
