I sold most of my holdings around 1.5c I had paid as much as 8.5 - 9 cents.

this is the stock for the fools and I admit that I was taken for a ride.

the way I see it is the current management will wipe out another 50% of the value of the company (market cap) before share consolidation; then after driving down the remaining 1/2 by 90% then AB will propably buy the company for $2 Mil that's the best way of pocketing cool $200,000,000 in 10 years.

its not all that hard to work out what is their real motivations that's why this Co will never ever make any real money.

so do you really think people care about the swichcorp case even if the details of that was released???

I somehow doubt that.
