    I received notice from Gadens on Wed 14 Aug.

    "This notice is being sent to people who have registered as Group Members in the
    Federal Court of Australia proceeding Excel Texel Pty Ltd & Andrew Wyma v Frank
    Wilson (NSD1983/2017). We call this the Excel Texel Class Action."

    My summary: the lawyers and Frank Wilson agreed to settle for $13.5m. The lawyers will take $7m, the funders $4m leaving $2.45m to be distributed to the people that lost money. So, I am expecting a couple of crumbs.
