Well, I guess that would be the Administartor's problem or more likely a problem for his professional indemnity insurer & not MSO's. RMA can hardly claim they were unaware of what was going on. There has, as I understand it, been discussion at very high levels. You can't have it both ways newtrader.

Re your comments dapper, I understand your frustration. I think the communication to shareholders has been poor. Whilst there have been several meetings with creditors, I only remember one shareholder meeting back at the end of August. I seem to remember on one of your earlier posts that you mentioned ringing & speaking to the Administrator directly. I guess that is better than most.
