Been invested for two and a half years now with MNS and delay has happened many times which I am frustrated about as well. Only justification making myself continue to hold and buy more when share price goes down is how complex and complicated it is with all involved from US govt, US DOE, local county, and OEMs etc. Continuing to believe it will eventually happen as it has over the past few years although missing set timelines. All IMO.
