If CGB does have a reasonable acquisition announcement, then it could be the rescue package that the share price itself needs for recovery to push this minnow forward. This may be this board's last chance at lifting itself out of the mire it has dug for itself come to the AGM. IMO.

Thanks @Neil1959 CGB is looking like a well managed business in comparison to our peers.

* a lot of those companies have big debts as well
