Yes, crommy and spyda, I haven't heard that one before. Is there some concrete regulatory obstacle to starting phase III before listing of Berlin Pharma? They are, after all, separate companies. Berlin Pharma will be the manufacturer, but Eastland developed and own the product. You'd think that phase III would be independent of the Berlin Pharma listing.
