This is the reply I received in mid July:
"Thanks for your email. I am quite astonished by your statements.
Anyone in the corporate arena is aware that listing of any company
anywhere is a long and tedious process, under the direction of a court
appointed auditor who reviews every director, every contract and the
operations of the company. The delay in listing HC Berlin Pharma AG is
due to just this. I can confirm that the stock has now been valued for
listing and that the listing on German exchange is now extremely close.
Doug Sims and Dermot Patterson have just returned from Europe after
assisting to finalise the process. Today they both leave for
Johannesburg to Attend Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday Party to which
Eastland Directors received a Personal invitation. (Only 500 invitations
issued world wide) Our team here is working very hard to make the new
Pharmaceutical division a complete success and to ensure that the
Malaria project has equal success, thus providing a return for our many
loyal shareholders. We also have several other pharmaceuticals in the
pipeline as follow on products.
Eastland has been working to garner support from World Leaders and
Entrepreneurs for the Malaria project and will have promising
announcements to make with regard to these efforts.
But our hands are tied on the release of this information as the ASX and
ASIC will not let us announce until the deal is complete.
I should also add here that Doug Sims and Eastland are finalists in the
Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008, a worldwide event. The
winner of the WA competition will be announced at a function next
Thursday the 24th July 2008.
It has been a long hard road, to get back some credibility in the market
place, but we now feel that Eastland is traveling in the right
direction.
As for the forecasted revenues, the manufacturing facility in Potsdam is
underway and should be complete by early 2009, production of ArTiMist
will remain in the UK until the facility is finished.
Once completed then the forecasted revenues will roll in as the
production wheels turn.
Hope this answers some of your questions, please call or email me
anytime."
I never associated imminent as "is a long and tedious process".
I was a liitle peed when I sent the email, but I still think their day will come.
