not sure why you felt the need to put (a), (b) and (c) in bold. The first 2 are stated facts from the article (I think that newspaper has already been discredited post CoA rulingm with even an apology provided to Axiom - may have that wrong). Your point (c) is a conclusion you have drawn which is at best drawn on a tangent of what the article was trying to say. Here my take on the article. The land owners are at war each other (hence why they sat on the opposite sides of the court room and as parties to the CoA judgement). The reason they were at war with each other is the SMM tried to bribe all in sundry to get Isabel in their hot little hands. SMM did the wrong thing and that caused angst. Axiom is there to help the entire community without ripping anyone off (i.e. SMM style)
