It is interesting that they say - "It is estimated that the arbitral decision will be made in late July 2014". Does that mean that both parties have given their evidence/version to the arbitrator and they are simply waiting for the arbitrators decision?

Also interesting that they give an estimate in their announcement but CFE haven't mentioned any timeline that I know of.

Since we have been waiting since 2009 I agree that July isn't that far away.
