I reckon it's exactly the opposite as in There's not much confidence this wont go through.
As for management not meeting deadlines my portfolio is full of companies not meeting deadlines. In these covid infused times deadlines become guidelines at best and often guess-lines.
Court hearings are progressing as I write. I feel this will almost certainly proceed
