re: ics .. same old .. same old! Phil, what is the difference between the IBA model and THELMA. Is Thelma superior? Is IBA internet based?
ICS does not have the 2nd and 3rd largest funds tied up? Are these with IBA? or are they waiting to see how THELMA works?
Do you know the answer to any of these questions?
IBA and MBL then are tendering for the HIC work that CBA and ICS are in for? I presume.
The market would be plenty big enough for both.
