    the silent waiting absolutely sucks, but even while suspended per ASX rule 3.16.1, AMD would need to make an announcement if any of the Directors had left the building. Also "It is the obligation of every listed entity to keep the market informed, and this obligation continues when an entity has requested a trading halt or suspension from quotation of its securities." (ASX Disclosure Guidance for Listed Entities).
