any views on class actions?

I have sent in my class action "Opt Out" papers as I object to this type of class action - even though I have lost some dollars.

Does anyone have views on the potential impact of the action and whether it is currently weighing down the share price. The announcement said very little about it but I assume it is potentially a large amount per share:

"CER continues to vigorously defend two class action claims
Parties to seek resolution through mediation"
