like i said to my accountant who said it won't cost you anything to take action through a melbourne law firm. "Read the fine print", you don't get work for free, even in if they don't win and centro win's someone will pay for their services. I had one of the law firms involved in this case do some legal work for myself on a no win, no fee basis, we did win but their fees where 25% inflated.
Also in their fourty pages of legal documents they sent me there was a clause to say that in acting on my behalf i was to cover all legitermate law cost, not sure what this really ment, but they are lawers and the old saying still stands true today, lawyers don't work for free even if they are on the loosing team.
Anyhow your are really robing out of your own bank if you still own centro
