    yes true aaacin. I bought my shares when CER peaked. Had dumped them a while ago.

    I just dont want to be charged with legal fees if the action loses. Poor shareholders who had lost money on this will be paying more out of their pocket.

    What do you reckon the legal fee is going to be like?
