If you are not a lawyer, or haven't had proper advice - you should be careful not opting in.
You'll end up having your investment diluted if there is a payout, and you will feel no better. BTW, I feel that CER and CNP did stuff up, and possibly did cost me money at that time. I was of a mind to bail out of them at the time, but was not sure, and a bit of extra info may have made a difference. Justice system is just but sometimes not fair - but the best system we have for these disputes. The detail of disclosure from CER and CNP has been first class since then, even if there could be a higher frequency of smaller news.
